The main event

The soft, chewable,
Sonic-style nugget ice.

You know the one, the little chewable pellets that fast-food fans drive across town for. It's made by compacting flaked ice into soft nuggets, so it crunches instead of cracking teeth, soaks up the flavor of whatever it's in, and keeps drinks cold without watering them down as fast.

We install the countertop and freestanding machines that make it on demand, no more raiding the drive-thru on a lunch break.

Food safety, by schedule

Fresh filters every one to three months.

A filter only protects you while it's fresh. We swap yours on a schedule set by how hard the machine works, the busier the site, the more often we come, so the water and ice stay food-safe and taste right, every single glass.

STAGE 01
Sediment

Catches rust, sand, and grit so nothing gritty reaches your glass or the ice machine.

STAGE 02
Carbon block

Reduces chlorine, taste, and odor. This is what makes the water actually taste clean.

STAGE 03
Polish & scale

A final polish and scale control that protects the equipment and keeps ice crystal-clear.

Bottleless water

Endless water. No jugs to lift.

Our coolers plumb straight into your water line and filter on the spot, so there are no 5-gallon bottles to store, deliver, or hoist. Still, sparkling, and hot from one unit.

Still. Chilled, filtered still water, the everyday pour.
Sparkling. Carbonated on demand for the LaCroix crowd, no cans to stock.
Hot. Near-boiling for tea, instant oatmeal, and pour-over coffee.

We keep it clean

Clean filters are only half the job.

01
Scheduled sanitization

We clean and sanitize ice machines and water lines on a set cadence to prevent biofilm, mold, and mineral scale, the stuff you can't see.

02
Proactive, not reactive

We monitor filter life and service dates per machine and show up before there's a problem, not after someone complains.

03
Quality you can taste

Fresh filters plus clean equipment mean water that tastes like nothing and ice that's clear, the way both should be.

Common Questions

Water & ice, answered.

How often do the filters really get changed?

Every one to three months, set by how hard the machine works. Light break-room use lands around three months; a busy, ice-heavy floor is closer to one. We track filter life per machine and schedule the swap so you never have to.

Why does the filter schedule matter for food safety?

Ice is a food. A spent filter stops reducing chlorine, sediment, taste, and odor, and lets scale build up. Changing filters on schedule, plus regular sanitization, keeps the water and ice safe and clean.

Is it really the same nugget ice as Sonic?

It's the same style: soft, chewable pellet ice made by compacting flaked ice. We install the countertop and freestanding machines that produce it on demand, so your team gets that texture without the drive-thru run.

Do we need plumbing for a bottleless cooler?

Just a nearby water line, which most break rooms already have. We handle the install. No 5-gallon bottles to store, deliver, or lift.

Can one machine make more than one kind of ice?

Some models do. We'll spec nugget, cubed, crushed, or a combo unit based on your space and how the ice gets used.

Who maintains the equipment?

We do. Filter changes, sanitization, and service are all handled on a proactive schedule, monitored per machine, done before there's ever a problem.
