The kiosk, explained.
Is the fingerprint data safe?
Yes. The kiosk stores a one-way encrypted mathematical template, never an image of the fingerprint, and it cannot be reverse-engineered into one. Enrollment is optional, so employees can always use a card, phone tap, or PIN instead.
Do employees have to use biometrics?
No. Fingerprint is the fastest option, but card, phone tap, PIN, and the companion app all work. You choose which methods to enable.
How does payroll deduction get set up?
We connect to your payroll or HRIS system during onboarding. Spend is aggregated per pay period into a single line item, with per-person caps you control.
Can we run rewards and vouchers together with a subsidy?
Absolutely, they stack. A subsidy sets the base price, vouchers apply employer credit, and rewards layer on points. Everything resolves automatically at checkout.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The kiosk keeps taking payments offline and syncs every transaction once the connection is back. Nobody gets stuck at the screen.
