Do you clean after business hours?
Almost always. We schedule evenings or early mornings so the building is clean before your team arrives and nobody is working around a vacuum. Daytime service is available where it makes sense.
Can we customize what gets cleaned and how often?
Completely. We build a scope and cadence around your building, from nightly full service to weekly light cleaning, and add specialty work like windows, floor waxing, or carpet extraction as needed.
What products do you use?
EPA-registered, low-VOC green cleaning products by default, effective on germs and safe for shared air. We can adjust for specific facility or compliance requirements.
Is janitorial billed with our other Delio services?
