Subsidized Vending · DFW
You set the
subsidy.
We handle
the rest.
A vending benefit where you choose how much to cover — from a small discount to a fully free machine. No complexity. One number.
A benefit, not a transaction
When the machine is free, people remember.

The Programs
Three plays, structured simply.
Pick a starting point. We build a bespoke agreement from there — billing, reporting, and an annual review included.
Soften vending prices to meet your team halfway. Good entry point for small businesses and first-time benefits offerings.
The most-chosen plan. Snacks run $0.75–$1.50 for the employee; you cover the rest. Feels generous without breaking the budget.
A completely free machine for your team. Great for healthcare, logistics, 24-hour operations where a vending machine is a floor-stop, not a purchase.
In Practice
The program, from three break rooms.
What a subsidized machine actually looks like on the floor. Three real-shape accounts, three different subsidy tiers.
How it works
Set your subsidy
Choose 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%, or anywhere in between. Apply it to everything, or just specific categories — healthy snacks, hot drinks, etc.
Budget Examples
What other DFW teams actually spend.
We switched from a traditional vending contract to Delio's 75% plan. Our team treats the machine like a benefit now, not a vending machine. Morale went up, and the monthly cost was actually less than our old coffee budget.
Common Questions
Asked, and answered.
Most small subsidies (under a de minimis threshold) are tax-free; larger programs may need to be reported. We work with your HR or payroll team to set up the program correctly. We are not your tax advisor, ask your CPA on specifics.
Yes. We can apply subsidies at the category level (e.g., 100% of healthy items, 0% of soda) or per-item if you want that granularity.
We set per-employee daily limits. Typical cap is 3 items per day. After that, the machine charges full price until the next day.
From signed agreement to machine installed takes 2 to 3 weeks. Subsidy payments kick in the moment the machine is live.
Any time. Log in to the admin portal, adjust the rate, done. Billing on your next invoice reflects the change.
