Q Is there a cost to our company?
No. All equipment, installation, stocking, and maintenance are provided at no cost to your organization. Delio covers it all.
Q Do we need a minimum number of employees?
We serve offices and facilities of all sizes across DFW. We'll recommend the right setup based on your headcount and break room traffic.
Q How long does installation take?
Most installations are completed within 1-2 weeks of signing. We handle all logistics, permitting, and setup.
Q Can we change the product selection over time?
Absolutely. We continuously adjust the product mix based on your team feedback and sales data to keep things fresh and relevant.
Q What areas do you serve?

Q What payment methods do machines accept?
Our machines accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payment methods. Cash is also supported on select machines.
Q How often are machines restocked?
Restocking frequency is based on your site volume. We monitor inventory remotely and schedule service before machines run low.
Q Can we choose what products go in the machines?
Yes. We work with you to select the product mix that fits your team — from classic snacks to healthier options and beverages.
Q What happens if a machine has an issue?
Our machines are remotely monitored. If something goes wrong, our local DFW team responds quickly — often the same day.

Restocking frequency depends on volume, but the goal is the same on every account: maintain freshness, rotate properly, and keep the offering dependable for your team.
Q Can you support healthier or higher-protein requests?
Yes. We can shape the menu mix around lighter lunches, protein-forward options, breakfast, vegetarian preferences, and more practical daily choices.

Q What types of coffee equipment do you offer?
We offer single-serve brewers, bean-to-cup machines, traditional airpot setups, cold brew taps, and filtered water systems. The right fit depends on your team size and preferences.
Q Who handles maintenance and supplies?
Delio manages everything: beans, filters, cups, cleaning, descaling, and equipment repairs. You never have to assign someone to manage the coffee station.
Q Can we offer premium or specialty coffee?
Yes. We carry locally roasted and specialty-grade options alongside standard blends. We can customize the lineup to match what your team actually drinks.

Q How do you track what's selling?
Every machine and market is connected to our remote monitoring platform. We see real-time sales data, inventory levels, and can adjust product mix before items run out.
Q Do employees need an app to use the service?
No app is required. Employees can walk up, grab what they want, and pay with a card or phone tap. We do offer an optional app for loyalty rewards and reporting issues.
Q What is ZippyAssist?
ZippyAssist is our customer support tool built into every machine. Employees can scan a QR code to report issues, request products, or get an instant refund. No phone call needed.
